Privacy policy
Last updated 27/10/2026
Apartly AI (“we”, “us”) is a Perth, Western Australia business that helps companies use AI and automation. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, including our booking form. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- What you tell us in the form: your name, email, mobile number, business website, team size and your answers about your business.
- Booking details: the time you book and anything you add on our booking page.
- How you reached us: the ad or link you clicked (for example campaign tags and the Meta click identifier), the page address, and browser identifiers stored in cookies.
- Technical data: your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view, collected by the tools listed below.
We do not ask for sensitive information (such as health information), and we ask that you do not include it in your answers.
Why we use it
- To arrange and hold your free call, contact you about it, and send you the summary afterwards.
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, provide our services.
- To measure which of our ads lead to enquiries and bookings, so we spend our advertising budget on the ads that work and show fewer ads to people who are not interested.
We do not sell your personal information. We will only send you marketing beyond your call if you agree to it, and every marketing message lets you opt out.
Cookies, Meta pixel and measurement
This website uses cookies and similar technologies to measure our advertising. Specifically:
- Meta pixel and Conversions API (Meta Platforms): when you visit this page, submit the form or click to book, details of that action are sent to Meta, both from your browser and from our server. Where you have given them, your email address, phone number and name are converted into a scrambled (hashed) form before they are sent, so Meta can match the action to a Facebook or Instagram account without receiving the raw details. Meta uses this to report on and improve the delivery of our ads.
- Google Tag Manager (Google): manages which measurement tags load on this site.
- Stape (server-side tagging): a server we use to receive measurement events from this website before they are passed to Meta. It helps us send only the data we need.
You can control cookies in your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. You can manage how Meta uses information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences (Settings, then Accounts Centre, then Ad preferences). You can also learn about interest-based advertising choices at youronlinechoices.com.au. Blocking cookies will not stop the form or booking page from working.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run this website, our bookings and our advertising, and only for those purposes:
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives the form you submit.
- Our booking provider (Cal.com or Calendly), which holds your booking and sends confirmations and reminders.
- Meta, Google and Stape, for the measurement described above.
- Our marketing agency, which manages our advertising and website on our behalf and is bound to keep your information confidential.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Overseas storage
Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. We choose providers that protect personal information, and we take reasonable steps so overseas recipients handle it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
How we keep it safe and how long we keep it
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including access controls on the accounts that hold it. We keep enquiry and booking details only as long as we need them for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or de-identify them.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, email us first and we will work to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
